Do I need to Apply for L1B Amendment if client and work location changed ?

Hi Team,

I have a L1B Visa approved with client X in 2023 I am currently in India and have not travelled to US yet. I am now working for client Y, who is giving me opportunity to work in US in 2024.

Do i need to apply Amendment for client and location change ?

Please help on priority. Thank You
