Hi,
I am applying for L1 Visa for which while I was filling form DS160 online, it asked me for my surname.
The problem is that in my passport and all documents, I have never mentioned my surname. My passport has the surname column blank in it.
But the for DS160 shows an error if I leave the surname column blank. It doesnt allow me to fill further.
I do have a proof of my surname, but I never used my surname in any of my certificates or identity documents.
IS this a problem ? can anyone suggest me what to enter in my surname column ?
I can either enter NA(not applicable) or enter my actual surname !!!
But am confused !!! Pl help me out.confused
