L1B - H1B and GC processing

I was working in L1B(Exipry:10-Feb-2010) and I-94(Expiry : 5-Mar-2010). I got the H1B with change of status from 20-Feb-2010. I am working in H1B now, my employer going to start the GC. I was in I94 of L1 for 9 days(2/10 - 2/19).

Will the 9 days affect my GC process. Please advise

As you were on a valid I-94, it is not going to be an issue. If there is an issue about not having an underlying petition to support the work arises during GC, exception can be claimed under 245(k). But I do not think it would be necessary.
