Minimum timeline to apply for I-485 application

Hello,

I'm currently in L-1A and it's getting maxout by 02Oct2025.
My EB-1c I-140 got approved with priority date 26Dec2023. As of September 2025 Visa Bulletin, EB1 priority for India is around Feb2025. I'm optimistic and in Oct2025 Bulletin to be released by 2nd week of September, hypothetically if EB-1 becomes current for India or Date of Filing moved for 2 years and reached Jan 2024, I'll be having left with only 20 days to move out of the country. Can someone let me know minimum time to apply for AOS I-485 application considers my situation which I'll be having only 20 days to leave the country due to my L-1A maxout situation
