Hi, has anyone recently filed for L1B extenstion? I have heard that USCIS has become very stringent about L1B specialize skills and people are getting RFEs. Does anyone have any recent experience which can help me while filing my extension.

Yes, USCIS has become more stringent with L1B extensions, especially around proving specialized knowledge. E-ZPass® Florida
Recent trends show a high rate of Requests for Evidence (RFEs), with over 60% of L1B petitions receiving RFEs due to stricter scrutiny on job duties and skill uniqueness. To improve your chances:- Clearly document how your skills are specialized and not easily transferable.
- Provide detailed job descriptions, training records, and project impact.
- Work with an experienced immigration attorney to preempt common RFE triggers.
Staying proactive and thorough in your documentation is key to a smoother extension process.

Hi,
Yes. RFE is very common now a days on the petitions. To avoid RFE on your petition, Please make sure below points.
1. A clear job description
2. Detailed and elaborated duties
3. Proving specified specialized knowledge
4. Proving that you gained knowledge to perform the job duties through your education, Experience and training.
5. Employer employee relationship documents
