L1 or H1B visa eligibility for Diploma holders

Hello,

I am an Diploma holder in Computer Science and Engineering (10 + 3) and I have overall 14 + years experience in IT industry. From past 6 years I am working in an IT company as Project Manager and they want me to travel to US. Please let me know if I would be eligible for H1B or L1 visa.

In order to qualify for L1 visa, your current company must be sending you to the U.S.

You may be able to qualify for H1 too.
