L1 - I 94 to Green Card

I am on L1. My petition expires on April 6, 2011 and my I 94 expires on Jan 1, 2014. My husband is on H1. If my husband applies for Greencard at the end of the year and i work on my L1 since my I 94 is valid, will it be an issue while i apply for Green Card?

Does my status become invalid if i work on I 94.

If you are on H1, how can your husband apply for your green card? I guess you mean that his employer is appyling (or has applied) for his green card and he wants to add you as the derivative beneficiary.

In that case, it is fine. You can continue to work on your L1 status.

I am on L1. So continuing to work on I 94 will not be a problem if my husband's employer is processing GC for him and he adds me as a benificiary. Am I understanding correct?
