No updates from USCIS for I765 filed in Jan 2011 at Vermont Service Center?

Hi,

I efiled my fresh EAD(I765) on jan 10 2011 at Vermont Centre.

I didnt get any update from them yet.Its already more than 1 month

Please advice.

2-3 months is a normal time frame. Did you get the receipt?

Hi,

Thank you for the reply.
I got the receipt but after that nothing heard back from them.
Not even biometrics.
I have prior US work experience and i have my SSN.

Will it make any difference comapred to a person who came first time to US and applied?
