L1 Visa Expiration

Hi ,

I'm on L1 visa. it expires on April 2011 but my i94 (given at port of entry) valid upto April 2012. Now my company is not extending my L1 visa and so can i stay in US without L1 extension & with valid i94.

Yes. Visa expiry does not matter.
