Can i call USCIS regarding my service request status?When i call them last week,they were giving me the same info what i actually got by e-mail.

My status is showing post-decision activity and i-539 application is approved.How long it will take ta get my Extension papers.Iam planning India trip in the 1st week of May.Iam very much thankful to your advises.Thanks a lot.

Iam plannnig to go India around May 24th.Unfortunately, my husband's project is getting over by the end of May.When i attend visa interview in India will it become an issue for stamping as iam L1 dependent.Pl help..Thanks...

Another question, If I go alone for re-stamping (without my husband-employee, as he will be in USA) with his paystub's , will there be an issue in getting re-stamped or there will not be an issue? Thanks.

Sorry for confusing you.If i submit paystubs till the month of May 2011,will it be Ok.I would like to know how long this whole process will take at US consulate in India.Are there any rejections happened earlier for anyone in case of re-stamping?Thanks.

It should be just like the way you applied previously. Pay applications fees, book appointment, attend the interview. Paystubs for the most recent 6 months should be sufficient.
