My passport had my last name correct and a SSN was issued...
On renewal of passport my last name was put incorrectly...as a result my L2 visa and I94 also had incorrect last name.
I went to the Indian embassy and got my name corrected. When I went to get the Drivers license I was told my last name on my Visa/I94 doesn't match with the name in SSN.
Can someone please advice how I can get this corrected.
