Hi,
I am preparing the L1B PRD - L-1B Project Role Description cum Specialized Knowledge Questionnaire. This is for renewal of L1B visa
I am stuck up at two questions related to this L1B PRD. By brief background is - I am SAP FICO Consultant. Working for Client in US. Role is - SAP 4.6 C support, involved in new enhancements, requirement study, implementation and support.
Questions are -
Why can’t Company simply hire an IT worker in the United States to handle the work on-site?
Why can’t you continue to work on this project from offshore? Is there a new requirement from the client?
Please help in writing the answers to these questions.
