My L1 individual has got rejected.

Denial reason is the petitioner still did not prove that the beneficiary has specialized knowledge, not a key employee of the company, no training courses or training schedule were provided , etc.

Can I re-apply instead of appeal with the proper proof this time

Hi,

Well in the RFE USCIS had asked for training info from my company. Basically they wanted to know how much time it takes to train an employee. My company in the response had just mentioned that I have taken Classroom Training. I am planning to give my training details in the new petition. Will USCIS question as to why this was not submitted either in the first petition or the RFE response
