    L2 Visa Query

    Hi,

    My visa valid till May 2012 but last month when i came back from my vacation i got I94 till 2014 APR, my wife is going for an stamping on May 20 will she get a visa valid till 2014 or while entering us will she get a I 94 till 2014. kindly help me on this query i am totally confused.

    Visa will usually be valid according to the petition. She can however get I-94 up to 2014 if she show a copy of your I-94.

        If she didnt get I94 till 2014 is there anyway to extend the I94 after the visa expired.

          I-539. Visa expiry does not matter. Visa only needs to be valid on the day you travel to the US.
