Re-Issue of Passport for Child in India
Hi,
My sons (Age: 5 years) passport is due to expire in Dec 2011. As My wife and son need to appear for Visa Stamping in India, we are planning to apply for Re-issue of my sons passport in India before visa stamping. I am staying in USA. Do I need to send Sworn Affidavit attested from Indian Embassy to get my sons passport. I read that Sworn Affidavit is required for the issue of FRESH Passport if one the parent is staying abroad.
I am on L1A Visa and wife & son have dependent L2 Visa.
Both my wife and son are staying in India
