I worked for the US division of a Big-4 consultancy. At that time, I was an employee of the India division. I was sent on L1 visa. I have since quit the India operations and worked with another firm on H1 visa for the last 1.5 years. Now the Big-4 consultancy wants to hire me for its US arm. Can they take me on L1 visa? I last worked with the India operations in 2008.
