Dear Sir,
I am Indian citizen having my own Scrap trading Company. The trading Company is two years old and into Import of Scrap from USA and doing domestic trading from big Corporates in India.
I was in USA for a visit and saw huge scope on this. One of a very affluent man who runs a very big Company in USA is ready to join hands with me and start a scrap yard in Florida. He is ready to invest 100% and is offering 25% partnership. My education qualification, my scrap metal business experience and my Indian Contacts are good enough to run this Business. The yard that we can open can give direct employment to atleast 10 people. How can I go ahead with this on filing my L-1 Visa?
