L2 for wife & son - wife having passport with maiden name.

Hi,

I have a valid L1 and presently in US.
Want to apply for L2 for my wife and 6month old son from India.

• My wife is having passport with her maiden name and old address where she was living before marriage.
• My son's passport and his birth certificate shows mothers name as wife's post marriage name.
• My passport has spous's name mentioned which is wife's maiden name. Her passport is not updated for Spous's name and does not have my name there.

Will they have any issue in getting the L2 in present case. Also will this cause any problem during port entry as she will be carrying the baby with her. (His documents shows mothers name as post marriage and she carrying passport with maiden name)

We have our marriage certificate as proof and also have residence address as a proof.
