  • L2 visa of working spouse...is an NOC req?

    Hi,

My wife has a visa interview in a couple of days. She is working and wontbe resigning before travelling. Does she require to carry NOC from her employer any way for the interview?

    Thanks,

        Hi,

I am working woman.I got B1 visa rejected in June 7th 2011. Now I serve notice period to my company last Aug 5th 2011. My last working day is Sep 30th 2011. Now I am applying L2 visa. I have some doubts in DS-160.

-I mentioned Home Maker in application.
-I filled the column previous employment. I gave my employment details. But one question is there -
Last date of previouse empmnt - there what i have to give- i gave Sep 30th.but it wont accept that date. I am in confusion state. otherwise shall i apply after Sep 30th ?

please suggest me.. what i have to do ..

In advance Thanks for you valuable answer......

Fill your job designation instead of homemaker and then enter employment as current insead of past. Don't lie on the application. There is no need to hide the fact that you are working, it will not affect your application.
