Hi Everyone,
Currently I am in USA on L1B visa. My VISA is expiring on 2nd week of Oct'11 and my employer filed my L1B VISA extension on 27th Jul'11 and I got my receipt# dated on 29th Jul'11. It is been filed at California Service Center.
Since then, when I track the current status, I get the following message.
"On August 9, 2011, your document I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of August 9, 2011, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."
The status is really confusing, because it says nothing under "Your Case Status:".
I did not see any one of the valid status like, "Acceptance", "Initial Review" and other two statuses! VISA cell from the employer is simply asking me to wait. I think they also don't have a clue!
Can someone help me to figure out what is going on? Thanks in advance.
