I am on L1B visa which is expiring on 2nd week of Oct'11 so my employer filed my L1B extension on 27th Aug'11.

Is it possible for me to make this process as an premium process now?

By the way, my employer is asking me to pay it from my pocket and I don't mind paying the premium processing fee.

Yes. PP fee can be legally paid by the employee. Why do you want that btw?
