Request info on L1 Blanket docs required?

Hi All,

Am new to this site and have gone through the messages posted in the forum which is really usefull and gives us good confidence to face the VISA Interview.

Am attending L1 Blanket VISA for the first time in next 2 weeks time in Chennai Consulate, Please let me know what are the documents required for L1 Blanket , myself and my wife will be applying together ?

I did look at this link :https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/l1/l1docs.html and I've question here ?

Under the 'First time Applicants ..' section is that mandatory, I did check with mycompany Lawyer who has given me the Petition number and they think it's not required. Please do not feel awfull, let me know is it mandatory ?
