L1B rejected two times.

Hi,

My employer has filed L1 Blanket petition two times in last 1.5 years . I got rejected in both the attempt and consulate issued me a blue form mentioning that "your application is not clearly approvable".

Can i appear third time through L1 Blanket ? and is there any possibility of rejection more this time ? I have B1 stamped in my passport. Is there a possibilty of cancelling my B1 also ?

It is better if you try for L1B individual or H1B.
