Hi ,
I was working on h1b for last 5 years on US, came to india an worked for same company in JAn , feb and mid march.
Relocated to UK (intra company transfer )on 15th march and want to go back to USA at the end of december.
Never worked for this company from india except mentioned above 2 and half months.
Questions:
1. Am i eligible for L1/H1 visa ?
2.Can i get my USA visa issued and stamping in UK?
3. If yes Can i fly from UK to USA directly. ( I have india passport and indian citizen)
