L1B - I94 Extension Filing

Hi,

My employer is going to file a L1B - I94 extension for me in next few days.

I want to know the following please

What are the chances of getting an approval?

Is there a better chance if i apply along with my spouse L2 extension (doing this as well)

And also what is the current rejection and approval rate?

What will be the time frame to know whether RFE is received or approved or rejected?

Note: I am currently working for the same client as i travelled before and extension is also filed for the same client.

If your spouse's L2 I-94 is also expiring, she should also file I-539 along with the L1 petition. It does not change anything about the L1 decision, but her own legal status is at risk if she does not file.

One cannot say anything about chances, since it depends on how the employer files it and how experienced their lawyers are.

Once i file my RFE response and if the status shows denied - when should I leave the country and what will be the maximum time allowed to stay after denied notice? Many Thanks....
