    L1 and H1 Application in Parallel

    Hi ,

    I am currently in the US on L1B visa which expired on Aug 10, 2011. I haev applied for extension for same through my company. I have not yet received any responce back on my application. However now I would like to know if I can apply for H1 with COS.
