Hi,
I had L1 B interview yesterday and got rejected. I hold a valid B1 visa and have travelled earlier. So, will my B1 visa be rejected too or becomes invalid?. And, can I reapply in L1 Individual or H1 B and after what time frame, and what chances in getting the visa ? Could any one please reply!! I had a good interview still they rejected my petition, had 5+ years exp in the current company and all the necessary specialized skill, still they rejected under 221(g). Also, could see lot of blue slips and rejections happening.!!! any idea whats happening?
