My spouse got the L2 visa approved. Can help me with my below questions.

1. How long is the EAD process?
2. can some one work without EAD? are there any jobs that my spouse can work without
EAD?
3. What is the scope of travel realated jobs in U.S?

3. I don't understand that question. At least, that does not seem to be related to U.S. immigration.
