L1-Blanket query
Hello,
I am presently in L1-Blanket in USA.
Visa stamped on: 17-Oct-2008
Expiry: 16-Oct-2011
My I-94 11-May-2014
These days at Port of Entry for L1, the officers just blindly give 3 years from the date of entry.
My I-129S says I am authorized to work till 16-Oct-2011. When I checked with my company they told me as long as there is valid I-94, I can work. Can someone please clarify me if that is ok?
Please reply my ASAP. I am facing problem because there is another company who is willing to sponsor for my H1-B through COS, but since my I-797 and I-129s are not valid they are worried to proceed with my case.
