B1 Rejected twice applying L1 blanket now

I've been rejected B1 twice@chennai
now im planning for blanket L1B
can you pls suggest hw much my previous rejection affect
shall i go for anyother consulate like kolkatta or mumbai

Previous Rejections has no effect

As far as I know previous rejections don't affect your current application. each application is treated independently and its merits and demerits are assessed. If your HR team feels you qualify for L1-B then there is no harm getting it processed. This is my opinion you should also consult with your own HR. After -1-Dec-2011 only Chennai center will be processing L1-Blankets.
