Questions about EAD

Hi guys,

I work for Cognizant and I am in US with L1 visa. My Fiance also works for Cognizant and she is planning to come to US by the end of this year.

Is she eligible to apply for EAD and work with Cognizant?

Yes, but she cannot work in the period when her EAD application is pending. She can work for any employer only after EAD is approved.
