Hi All
Had a couple of queries on the DS 160 and I-129 for the L1A interview:
1) In the DS 160 they ask for license information for all your licenses - I was earlier in PA and now am in IL since more than a year. I don't have PA license so in the form just filled my IL license without mentioning abt PA.
Is this ok or you suggest I add a column for PA and then mention that I dont know my license number -thought of this but then this does not make sense as it is not divulging information !
2) In the I-129 my annual salary is mentioned $20 less than what it is - I miscalculated somehow
Am pretty confident this won't be an issue but thought of asking anyways
3) My salary has a bonus that is paid out in the end of the year - I can get a letter for the same but if in case someone decides to cross-check the pay slips (I get paid fortnightly) with the I-129, is this a cause of concern ?
4) In I-129 it is mentioned that I will be working offsite but the client location is not mentioned, this is mentioned in the justification letter though that my immigration team submitted to USCIS. Is this fine ?
Sorry I know most of these q's are very trivial but if someone could reply,I would be extremely greatful
