Upgradation from Normal to Premium

My company is filed my L1 B extension on 30-Nov-2011. They are saying that they did not receive the receipt number yet and it will take 5 weeks to get the receipt number.

It is filed in normal process and could you please let me know if we can upgrade my visa processing to premium now?

yes, you can very upgrade to premium provided your normal petition is properly filed and receipt number is received.

so please ask your employer on the receipt number as there wont be any delay in getting the receipt number if it is filed correctly.
