L2 visa - Nothing have been given as proof of visa approval

Hi all,

I had my L2 visa interview today and it goes well. Although the VO told me that mine visa is approved and i will get it in 4-5 days by courier but I have a doubt that I they didn't gave me anything back as a proof of my visa approval nor she written anything on my visa or my I797 and I129 copy. VO does not even looked at those documents.

Can anybody please tell me that "Is that a necessity to have VO's signature on I797/I129 or any other proof of approval? or if they took my passport will be enough to belive that I got my visa

Don't worry, you will get the passport with Visa.

Did you receive your passport

Hey... did you received your passport. My wife had her L2 Interview on 12/28 and she was told that you will get your Visa in 7 days. But with my previous experiences I know that passport is sent to VFS office next day itself. But my wife's passport is still with embassy. What does it says for your status on VFS site.
