Hi All,
My company has filed a L1 Individual for me and the petition is in process as of now. I just want to have some expert opinions/thoughts on what are the chances of it getting through with following considerations:
1. I previously held H1 visa and also travelled 3-4 times to US, stayed there for around 2 years on that visa. That expired in 2008
2. I currently hold a valid B1 visa from my previous company which was stamped in 2008 and i also travelled for 1 month on that visa
Do these add to the success chances? Also what are the chances of L1 Individual as compared to L1 Blanket? I heard rejection rate is very high in case of L1 Blankets. Please share your thoughts/opinions/experiences
