L2 Visa Fees

Hello All,

Thanks everyone this is a wonderful forum. I am planning to take my wife and kid along for L2 along with my interview in Mumbai. The fees of L2 would be paid in advance. I would like to know if my L1 is not approved, will the fees be refunded ( I bear L2 fees). Correct me if required for my above query. What is the fees for each L2 application. Is there a fee difference for kids.

Each applicant has to pay separate fees (HDFC receipt). But these are application fees and not issuance fees and hence nothing gets refunded irrespective of the decision. If this is a concern for you, your spouse and child can apply after your Visa is approved.
