L1B required doc - is IT return needed?

Hi All,

I will be having my interview for L1B on Feb 5th.

Do we need IT returns of last 3 years for the interview?
I think I had missed filing the return for 09-10 .
I have the one for 10-11.
I am awaiting the acknowledgement for the 11-12 year.

Do we need to carry the IT return documents as well??

IT returns aren't mandatory . Apart from the other docs, Salary slips for current organization for last 12 Months will be required or a letter from your HR stating the same.This is my opinion , not legal advice. Please do consult experts too.
