There were many posts recently on L1 individual RFE . Just wanted to know from the forum if anybody has received approval/denial after their response was filed. If yes , what's the time after the RFE was filed , did they get the approval /denial from USCIS. Please let me know.

I got RFE on my L1-B individual petition on Nov-2011 and we replied back on Dec-2011. After this, my petition was approved some 15 days later and just yesterday got my visa stamped. -

I am also in the same boat, 16th day after filing rfe response but no decision yet. Please let me know the process, it would be of greta help to me. I was asked the following questions
1. 1 year proof of working from offshore
2. Specialized knowledge in India
3. Specialized knowledge in US
4. Client Letter
Any help wud be great..I have provided a good response, what r my chances and when can I expect the result as m case is premiumComment
