L1-B Interview from Foreign land

Hi,

I am an Indian based out of India and had applied for L1-B visa for which i got RFE. My RFE got approved and i need to schedule my interview. Just after my RFE got cleared, i went about to Ireland for business and will be in Ireland for three months. Is it possible to take the L1-B visa interview in Ireland? If not, would a delay of 3 months in taking the interview have any impact on my visa approval/denial? If so, what could be done?

You can in principle apply from Ireland, but home country is better.
