L1B reg work location

I heard that we are not supposed to say that we are going to work on client location for L1B visa is it correct?

L1B reg work location

L1B guys can work at client location provided they satisfy 2 things
1. They are involved in some sort of work at the client location involving their specialized knowledge (either company propeitary tools/processes etc)
2. They are controlled and work is managed by a Manager from their company and not by the client .
