L2 Visa application in name before marriage

Hi,

I have a passport in my name ("name maiden-surname") and address before marriage. My driving license has this name and address.

However, I have changed the name on my PAN card after marriage to "name husbands-surname". Basically first name hasn't changed, only last name has. The name at my office is same as on PAN card.

I have my marriage certificate.

My question is:

Will I face any problems while applying for L2 visa? Can I travel to US on my current passport. Can I use my driving license as ID proof. Will the change of name in PAN card be a problem.

First decide which name you want to use for all future documentary purposes. If that is different from the one on Passport, get it changed on your passport and use that for all applications.
