Hi all,

My company is processing L1 individual for me.it is a premium processing.can any one tell me how long it will take to approve the petition.

Go to USCIS.gov and read the document on premium process. Also, take a printout of that and give it to your employer. If applied in premium, you will get a response within 15 days from the receipt date.
