My Company file L1 Individual on 21th Feb 2012. I got the receipt date for the same day.
How long does USCIS take to respond??? The current status is intial review on USCIS website.

If it is filed in normal process, then it will take about 2-3 months. If it is filed in premium, then you will get the result within 15 days.

      Normal process

My colleagues applied in normal category and they got the response in 2-3 weeks few months back...is it something that they are taking 2-3 months now a days due to large number of applications ? what is the rejection rate for individual visa at USCIS ? I am worried as my blanket visa was denied in 2010..

        >>> The normal processing time is 2-3 months. Only in rare cases the petition gets approved within a month in normal process.

what is the rejection rate for individual visa at USCIS ?
        >>> It is hard to answer hypothetical questions. Getting a visa is based on the documents you submit and the qualification/experience that you have gained. If you have enoygh documents to prove that you are qualified for the job, you will get the visa.

          Received RFE after 4 months

I received RFE after around 4 months of filing date. How long USCIS generally takes to respond after filing RFE response ?

Also depends on the nature of RFE. There is no specific time prescribed, can range from few weeks to few months. Why dont you upgrade to premium?

              L2 Visa for Husbands

              Hi,

My wife's company has applied for my L2 visa and my interview date is on 2nd July 2012. My wife went to US on 10th June 2012 on L1 visa for her long term assignment.

I am in lot of confusion about my approval of L2 visa as I have not gone through a single thread here of L2 visa for husbands. (as all are of wife applying for L2 visa)

Also, want help on the type of questions asked to L2 applicants and specifically when Husband is applying for L2. My wife has left first on L1 and she is now in US so is there would be any concern about why I have not applied along with my wife?

Do I need to carry my educational certificates, experience letter, present employer's appointment letter etc.?

              Please reply on urgent basis.

              Thanks in advance.

It makes no difference. They will mostly ask you about how you two met etc. and about your wife's job, employer etc.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
