L1 Visa denail and stay in USA

Hi,

My Husbands L1 extention got denied today. His I94 is valid only until 8th April 2012.
I am 38 weeks pregnant and cannot travel to India. Within how many days we should travel back to India since our Visa got denied?

Is there any option that can allow us to stay here due to my medical condition? If Yes, please let me know what is it?

>>> Unfortunately none. You need be in a valid immigration status to stay in the country. You should at least file and get a B2 approved. Without a job in hand, the medical expenses (for child delivery) will be pretty high. You will not be able to get a private insurance when you are pregnant. So consider all this fact. Do consult a good immigration attorney if you would still wish to stay.
