Can i apply L2 Visa, while i have a valid L1 visa

I am currently in India, I have valid L1. My spouse is also having L1. I am thinking of going to onsite as dependant. Can i apply for L2 stamping?

At the same tiem, can i have both L1 and L2?

Your L1 will most likely be cancelled when you attend the L2 visa. As a side thought, you can work on L2 while in US by applying EAD.This is my opinion, do consult experts too.
