BL1 pending need help
Hello Earlier I had appeared for BL1 visa.
However VO mentioned that I cannot proceed just as your Category is Incorrect, otherwise could have granted you the Visa
I was given a white form which mentions "you app" is pending under Sec 221(g), since the individual benefeciaries of blanket petitions are not named in petition, eligibility of L status is not examined by INS.
Please note that you have not been refused, app kept pending under sec 221g of INA.
Also requested me to apply for Individual L1 / H1B.
My queries
1. Not sure why L1 was not granted as gave all the correct fact and figure and fully qualified
for specialized skills
2. Can I re-appy for BL1 / apply for Individual L1-B?
Every one who came for BL1 - got same response, it looked like outcome was already decided?
Can any one give me directions and throw some light ?
