Hi, Can any one tell me - whats the impact of getting L1 rejected?
Will this rejection have any negative impact on VISA / work apermit applications to other countries like UK, Australia or any European countries?

It just means, that you are not eligible to enere U.S in L1 visa. You might be qualified for other types of visa to U.S (Like H1B). It will not have any impact on the visas that you apply to other countries.
