Hello

Here is my case. My L1B visa is expiring on 14 sept 2012. My employer has asked me to file my L1B Extn before end of May. My wife is pregnant and she will be in her 7th Month in July 2012 so will it be possible to know my L1B approval status by the end of July 2012.

Your employer can file in premium and get a decision in 15 days. Also, I assume your I-94 is also expiring, otherwise no extension is needed.
