L1 VISA eligibility for undergraduate?

Hello All,

I BE undergraduate .i.e I havent given the 2 papper of the last 8 Sem exam because of which I havent got the BE graduation Certificate yet.
I got IT job while my result where awaiting and was on same company till now .. almost 6 years of Experience on IT.
During this time, I did apply for B1 VISA thorugh my company and got the VISA for 10 years. I have been visiting the US from Past 6 years for many business oppurinity.
Currently, my company wants me to apply for US L1 VISA ( they want to sopnsor it) .

I am wondering, if I will be eligible for L1 VISA even though if i dont have graduation degree ? I do have all the marksheet with me from 1st year to last 8Sem.

Please suggest.

I don't think there is any rule that L1 Applicant should be a graduate. Its good to have but not mandatory. Of course amongst other things, your organization and lawyer should be able to demonstrate that you have specialized knowledge that is critical to their business. This si my opinion, please consult experts too.
