Re-applying for L1B blanket
Hello Everyone,
I am re-applying for L1B Blanket on 10th June'2012. however, my L1B Blanket got denied on 4th May'2011 with comments as :"Your blanket L1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(I)(II)(D) and INA101(a)(15)(L)". I am sure the first question to me will be why was my L1B blanket got rejected/denied last time. I am not sure whta do i need to answer there on this. Below was the specialized skill that i had mentioned last time--
"I will be working for ABC company in project management team". i understand this does not specifiy any specific tool/product on which i am specialized into.
But this time, i have mentioned a specialized skill in a domain and on a proprierity tool/product.
So my q is--
1. What should i answer to the consulate if he/she asks why my visa got rejected last time?
2. What changes have i made in my petition now to become eligible for this L1B.
